NetCredit is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives.
The position pays $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional bonus compensation.

Job Highlight: Remote Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will complete a four-week training program focused on one of Enova's consumer lending brands. After training, you will assist customers by handling inbound phone calls, answering questions, processing payments, and helping resolve account issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer questions.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Process payments and assist with payment plans.
• Handle account-related requests and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer account records.
• Deliver professional and empathetic customer service through verbal and written communication.
Qualifications
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong professionalism and empathy when assisting customers.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology.
• Ability to work successfully from a remote home office.
