Job Highlight: Customer Success Specialist
Think Academy is looking for Customer Success Specialists to support parents and students throughout their learning journey. The team serves as the primary point of contact for customer questions, helps resolve issues across multiple communication channels, and works closely with internal teams to deliver a positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through chat, email, WeChat, and phone.
- Answer questions about courses, learning progress, exams, study plans, accounts, and platform usage.
- Resolve urgent and complex customer issues with a high level of ownership.
- Guide families throughout the student learning experience.
- Document customer issues and identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and user experience.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, empathy, and service quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, education support, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required, with strong English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
- Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
Schedule
Available shifts include:
- Day Shift:
- Monday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Night Shift:
- 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Candidates who are available to work Friday through Sunday will receive priority consideration.
