The Wikimedia Foundation is hiring a Fundraising Support Specialist to join its Online Fundraising team.

This is a remote contract position supporting fundraising campaigns across more than 20 languages and 30 countries each year. The work combines basic HTML and CSS, quality assurance, campaign production, and project management.

For U.S. applicants, the anticipated pay range is $27 to $43 per hour. Pay for applicants outside the U.S. is adjusted based on the country of hire.

Job Highlight: Fundraising Support Specialist

The Fundraising Support Specialist works with the Online Fundraising team and reports to the Senior Manager of Fundraising Products.

The main goal is to handle production tasks that help Revenue Specialists launch and improve international fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within the CentralNotice banner delivery platform.

• Implement new fundraising campaigns and banner tests.

• Organize test content to support clear campaign reporting.

• Manage quality assurance processes for the banner program.

• Conduct cross-browser reviews.

• Follow the QA checklist maintained by the design team.

• Identify bugs and work with developers and designers to triage issues.

• Verify that solutions to identified bugs work correctly.

• Receive and manage assignments from Revenue Specialists and the Senior Manager of Fundraising Products.

• Maintain an individual Asana board for priorities and tasks.

• Contribute to other Asana workflows supporting campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

Schedule and Travel
