Responsibilities:

  • Act as the interface between the business teams and IT teams.
  • Be responsible for understanding the market and client needs.
  • Gather the business and solution requirements by working with the business teams.
  • Analyse and assess requirements to identify a business solution.
  • Validate that the proposed technical and functional design meets your requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools is preferred.

We Prefer These (but not required):

  • Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge on data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.

  • Perform outreach to inbound leads and inquiries using email, calls, and social channels
