Job Highlight: Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative

Liberty Mutual is seeking experienced customer service professionals with an active Property and Casualty Producer's license to support policyholders and insurance agents. Representatives assist customers with policy questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Paid training is provided, and employees receive all required work equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and agent inquiries regarding personal insurance policies.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve policy-related issues.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Work independently while managing multiple customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • An active Property and Casualty (P&C) Producer's insurance license is required.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Associate degree or at least 1 year of insurance experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to review and organize information from multiple sources.

Schedule

Paid training takes place Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Attendance throughout training is required.

After training, shifts begin between 7:55 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Employees will work a rotating weekend schedule, with either Saturday or Sunday required and a weekday off when scheduled to work the weekend.

  • Quiet, secure, distraction-free workspace.
  • Wired internet connection.
  • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps.
  • Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps.
  • All required equipment is provided by Liberty Mutual.
