Job Highlight: IFG Customer Success Agent

As an IFG Customer Success Agent, you'll assist Medicare customers by answering questions, explaining plan benefits, resolving enrollment issues, and helping members make informed healthcare decisions. You'll work with multiple insurance carriers while collaborating with sales teams and internal support staff to provide an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Explain Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options across multiple carriers.
• Help customers understand eligibility, enrollment, and plan changes.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Partner with sales agents, carrier representatives, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support customer retention by helping members navigate Medicare decisions.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations and company policies.
• Share feedback to improve customer service and operational processes.

Qualifications

• Active resident Health Insurance License is required.
• Two or more years of Medicare customer service or Medicare sales experience.
• Two or more years of experience working remotely.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain Medicare plans clearly and accurately.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
• Call center or high-volume customer support experience.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working in a Medicare brokerage or multi-carrier environment.
• Customer retention or advocacy experience.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Business hours fall between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Initial six-week training schedule is 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Weekend hours may be required during peak enrollment periods.
