Job Highlight: Manager of Marketing & Growth
Ferrellgas is seeking a results-oriented marketing leader to oversee brand development, customer acquisition, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
Reporting to the VP and Head of Blue Rhino, this position plays a key role in driving growth across retail and direct-to-consumer channels while supporting broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute brand strategy across B2B and DTC channels while maintaining consistent messaging and creative standards.
- Coordinate creative reviews, compliance processes, and claims management activities.
- Partner with retail customers and sales teams to execute in-store promotions, retail media campaigns, and shopper marketing initiatives.
- Manage merchandising programs, packaging initiatives, and point-of-sale materials designed to increase conversions and sales performance.
- Execute and optimize paid media, SEO, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and other customer acquisition programs.
- Manage email marketing, SMS programs, loyalty initiatives, subscriptions, and referral programs to improve retention and customer value.
- Support go-to-market plans for new products and services, coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze customer behavior, competitive activity, and market trends to improve marketing performance.
- Maintain performance dashboards and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts focused on growth, conversion, retention, and ROI.
- Manage marketing budget line items while maintaining a focus on contribution margin and return on investment.
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships while tracking performance against established KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members through coaching, goal setting, and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in both brand marketing and performance or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing DTC or e-commerce programs with measurable results.
- Experience working across both retail/B2B and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience working with marketing dashboards and attribution reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, ecommerce, or subscription-based businesses.
Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
Experience working in regulated or safety-focused product categories.
