Technical Customer Care at Cox Enterprises

What you'll do:

  • Serves as a customer care agent for assigned set of DMV states and processors
  • Responds to inquiries regarding state processing requirements and exception rules
  • Researches and troubleshoots exception requests, analyzes needs, etc.
  • Works proactively with DMV state and processors regarding scheduled curation of transaction requirements to ensure processing efficiencies.

Required Education, License and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Working knowledge or MS Outlook, Word and Excel
