Yelp is hiring remote Sales Enablement Strategists for its Local Sales team.
This is a full-time remote position based in the United States.
The expected base salary is $100,000 to $110,000 per year.
The position is also eligible for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Sales Enablement team supports sales professionals by developing training programs, improving processes, and creating learning resources that help teams perform at a high level.

Compensation:
- $100,000 to $110,000 annual base salary

Job Highlight: Sales Enablement Strategist
Yelp is looking for a Sales Enablement Strategist to lead projects, deliver advanced sales training, and develop learning programs for experienced sales professionals and leaders. This role combines project management, instructional facilitation, and content development to improve sales performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enablement projects from planning through launch.
- Build project roadmaps and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Define project requirements and support new technology initiatives.
- Facilitate advanced sales training for experienced representatives and sales leaders.
- Deliver engaging learning experiences using demonstrations, role-playing, gamification, and e-learning.
- Create and maintain training content and learning journeys.
- Manage training materials within Yelp's learning management system.
- Track training completion, survey results, and program effectiveness.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve training programs.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales experience with the ability to train experienced sales professionals.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Working knowledge of Yelp Ads.
- Excellent presentation and virtual facilitation skills.
- Experience using Google Meet, Salesforce, and AI tools in a professional setting.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of instructor-led sales enablement, learning and development, training, or project management experience.
- Previous management experience to support leadership development and leadership-focused training.
