Pay and Benefits
Estimated Total Target Cash Compensation:
Zone A: $75,000 to $120,000
Zone B: $65,000 to $104,000
Zone C: $59,000 to $94,000

Job Highlight: Retail Business Development Representative
As a Retail Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating and qualifying sales opportunities for Toast's Retail platform.
You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in building the sales pipeline for a growing business unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lists of convenience stores, grocery stores, bottle shops, and other retail businesses to target.
- Conduct high-volume outreach through cold calling and other channels.
- Complete approximately 80 outreach activities per day.
- Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to understand customer needs and determine fit.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
- Partner with Account Executives on sales strategy, messaging, and customer feedback.
- Use Salesforce to track activities, opportunities, and pipeline development.
- Understand competitors and effectively position Toast's retail solution.
