This is a remote evening position with weekday hours from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM ET.
The pay ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and location.
The role focuses on supporting customers, restaurant partners, and clients across Sharebite's Group Orders and Passport platforms.

Job Highlight: Part-Time Customer Care Associate
Sharebite is looking for an experienced Customer Care Associate to provide outstanding support to customers, restaurant partners, and business clients. You'll receive training on the company's platform and help resolve issues related to Group Orders and Passport, Sharebite's flexible meal benefit solution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide customer support through email and phone.
• Assist customers, restaurant partners, and clients across Group Orders and Passport.
• Troubleshoot order issues, escalations, and customer concerns.
• Guide customers through Sharebite's products and operational processes.
• Follow established customer care procedures and workflows.
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and processes.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, operations, hospitality, fintech, or another customer-facing role.
• Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Strong empathy and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability.
• Comfortable handling customer escalations professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in fintech or payments is preferred but not required.
Availability
This is a remote, part-time position.
The regular weekday schedule is 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM Eastern Time.
