If you just watched my video about six companies with large remote-job sections, this page gives you the official links and exact filters you can use to search them yourself.
During my recording at the end of September 2026, these six employers had more than 2,800 openings labeled remote or work from home across their career sites. That was a snapshot, not a promise that every job will still be available when you visit. Openings can appear or close quickly, and “remote” may still mean you must live in a certain state, stay near an office or travel occasionally.
Use the official employer links below, read the location and eligibility language carefully, and never pay someone to apply for a job.
Quick Links to All 6 Remote Career Pages
| Company | Remote openings shown in the video | Filter to use | Official career search |
|---|---|---|---|
| Concentrix | About 32 | Only work from home | Search Concentrix jobs |
| Molina Healthcare | 72 | Remote | Search Molina jobs |
| Centene | 282 | Remote work only | Search Centene jobs |
| Humana | About 320 | Remote only | Search Humana jobs |
| CVS Health | 1,367 remote-labeled roles | Work Location: Remote | Search CVS Health jobs |
| UnitedHealth Group and Optum | 749 | Work setting: Remote | Search UnitedHealth Group jobs |
These counts were captured during the video recording at the end of September 2026. The live totals will change. Molina’s official site, for example, showed 73 remote results when I rechecked it on September 30.
How to Search These Career Pages More Effectively
- Open the employer’s official job-search page.
- Select the exact remote filter listed in the table. Do not rely only on typing “remote” into the keyword box.
- Add a job keyword such as customer service, support, coordinator, claims, operations, analyst, or data.
- Filter by your state, career area, and experience level when those options are available.
- Open each listing and confirm the eligible states, schedule, experience, license requirements, travel, and equipment before applying.
A job can be remote without being work-from-anywhere. Healthcare employers in particular often hire around state licenses, local health plans, regional teams, or time-zone coverage.
1. Concentrix
Concentrix is a global technology and customer-experience company. It is one of the first places I would check if you want traditional work-from-home customer service, technical support, or contact-center work, although its remote listings also reach into project management, software development, marketing solutions, and business intelligence.
The U.S. career page had about 67 openings during my recording. After selecting Only work from home, the list fell to about 32.
How to search: Open the Concentrix U.S. career page and check Only work from home. You can then narrow the results by keyword, language, city, or category.
Best fit: People looking for customer service, support, and contact-center roles, plus applicants who want a company that sometimes hires across multiple experience levels.
Main catch: Concentrix says work-from-home availability depends on the role, project, or department. A listing may also have state, schedule, internet, or client-specific requirements.
2. Molina Healthcare
Molina Healthcare had one of the smaller remote totals in the video, but its career page is especially useful because it includes a clear Remote filter and shows several nonclinical career areas.
The video captured 72 remote jobs. On September 30, the official site showed 73. The larger categories included clinical work, operations, quality and risk adjustment, information technology, and cross-enterprise roles. The search also included contact-center and support openings, although availability and requirements vary.
How to search: Open Molina’s job search, expand the filters, and select Remote. Add terms such as support center, contact center, processor, claims, or coordinator if you want to avoid highly clinical results.
Best fit: U.S.-based applicants interested in healthcare support, claims, contact-center, operations, or administrative work.
Main catch: Molina states that its remote positions are U.S.-based, and many jobs are limited to particular states. Clinical roles can also require professional licenses or healthcare experience.
3. Centene
Centene focuses on managed care and other healthcare services. It stood out because such a large share of the openings visible during the recording remained after the remote filter was selected.
The career site showed roughly 325 total jobs and 282 after selecting Remote work only. The categories included clinical and care management, project management, data and business analytics, business development, finance, and other corporate functions.
How to search: Visit the Centene job-search page, open the filters, and check Remote work only. Then use a keyword or team filter to reduce the large clinical portion of the results.
Best fit: Applicants with healthcare, insurance, care-management, analytics, finance, project, or business-operations experience.
Main catch: Many listings use labels such as “Remote-TX” or “Remote-NY.” That generally means the job is remote but tied to a state, health plan, license, or service area.
4. Humana
Humana is another large healthcare employer with a substantial remote section. Its total actually moved while I was recording, from about 314 remote jobs to 320, which is a good example of how quickly these counts can change.
The broader search showed about 2,200 openings. Remote roles appeared across administrative and support services, corporate work, nursing, pharmacy, physician positions, sales, social work, technology, digital, and analytics.
How to search: Open Humana’s job-search page and select the remote-only option. Add a career-area or keyword filter instead of trying to scan hundreds of mixed results.
Best fit: Applicants interested in healthcare administration, customer-facing insurance work, corporate operations, sales, nursing, pharmacy, or technology.
Main catch: Many Humana jobs require healthcare experience, a license, sales ability, or residence in a particular state. Read the full location line even when the listing says remote.
5. CVS Health
CVS Health, which also includes businesses such as Aetna, had the largest raw remote-labeled total in the video. The career site showed 19,909 jobs overall and 1,367 after selecting Remote under Work Location.
The remote-labeled results covered clinical work, corporate roles, customer care, innovation and technology, pharmacy, and other areas. Customer-care and call-center jobs can appear, but the largest portion of the list may be clinical.
How to search: Go to the CVS Health job-search page. Under Work Location, select Remote. If you want fully remote results, do not combine that count with the separate remote/hybrid option. Then add the career area and your state.
Best fit: Applicants willing to filter a very large healthcare job board for customer care, claims, corporate, pharmacy, clinical, analytics, or technology work.
Main catch: This is the biggest list, but not necessarily the easiest one. A remote label can still include state, license, travel, or proximity requirements, so the raw number should not be treated as 1,367 jobs available to every U.S. applicant.
6. UnitedHealth Group and Optum
UnitedHealth Group includes UnitedHealthcare and Optum. It was my strongest all-around place to check first because the search combined a high remote count with a wide variety of job families.
The site showed about 5,600 jobs in total and 749 after selecting the remote work setting. The remote results included customer service, finance, business and data analytics, healthcare delivery, medical and clinical operations, behavioral health, actuarial work, and a particularly large technology section.
How to search: Open the UnitedHealth Group job search, select Work setting: Remote, and then narrow the list by career area and job level. Searching this site will also surface many Optum openings.
Best fit: Applicants who want the broadest mix of customer service, operations, healthcare, finance, analytics, and technology roles.
Main catch: Some jobs described as remote still require you to live near a named location, serve a local market, or travel. UnitedHealth Group also has several benefits packages, so eligibility depends on the business, role, and employee classification.

Which Company Should You Check First?
I would not rank these companies only by the biggest number. The better choice depends on the type of work you can realistically qualify for.
- Start with UnitedHealth Group or Optum if you want the best mix of volume and job variety.
- Start with Concentrix if your main target is traditional work-from-home customer service or support.
- Start with Molina Healthcare if you want healthcare support, contact-center, or processing roles that may not require a clinical license.
- Start with CVS Health if you are comfortable filtering a very large list and checking every location restriction.
- Start with Centene or Humana if you already have healthcare, insurance, clinical, sales, analytics, or corporate experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are all of these companies hiring remote workers right now?
All six had active remote-filtered results during the end-of-September 2026 video research. The official career pages and filters were rechecked on September 30, but individual openings and totals change frequently. Use the links above for the current inventory.
Does “remote” mean I can work from any state?
No. Many remote jobs limit applicants to named states, time zones, license jurisdictions, or distances from an office. Always check the location and eligibility section of the individual job description.
Do these companies have entry-level remote jobs?
Some lower-experience customer service, support, contact-center, processor, and coordinator roles appear at times, but none of these employers guarantee a permanent entry-level inventory. Search by function and read the required qualifications instead of assuming every remote result is beginner-friendly.
Where should I apply?
Apply through the employer’s official career site. Be cautious with unsolicited offers, interviews conducted only through text messaging, and anyone asking you to pay for equipment, training, or access to an application.
Are the benefits the same for every employee?
No. The linked benefits pages describe company programs, but eligibility can vary by role, hours, location, business unit, and employee classification. Confirm the package for the specific job with the recruiter or in the written offer.
