Job Highlight: Customer Support Associate
Parkade is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to provide support to property managers and parking customers through email and phone.
The role involves troubleshooting app and website issues, assisting with parking management requests, helping customers understand the platform, and ensuring a smooth parking experience across Parkade properties.
This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while following established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance via phone and email for customer and property manager requests.
- Help resolve app, website, and account related issues.
- Support parking enforcement activities, pricing adjustments, and parking management requests.
- Maintain accurate records of actions, decisions, and ticket outcomes.
- Prioritize, investigate, and resolve customer concerns while escalating when necessary.
- Identify recurring issues and help improve internal processes and customer experiences.
- Work with Operations and other teams to support onboarding and ongoing customer needs.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable troubleshooting web-based software and learning new systems.
- Experience with tools such as Zendesk, Front, Intercom, or similar platforms.
- Ability to research and resolve issues independently.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting.
- Able to make decisions in fast-changing environments with limited information.
- Comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve productivity while maintaining a human customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Property management experience
• Leasing or property operations background
• Experience with Retool, Looker, SQL, or similar internal tools
• Interest in transportation, parking, urban living, or city infrastructure
Availability
This is a part-time, as-needed role.
The company expects support needs to range from approximately 1 to 2 partial shifts of 4 hours or full shifts of 8 hours during periods such as employee PTO coverage, high volume days, or unexpected call-outs.
Support may be needed during morning or overnight schedules.
