As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will support policyholders and agents by providing timely and accurate service for Personal Lines insurance products.
The role involves answering questions, resolving policy-related issues, identifying customer needs, and helping maintain customer satisfaction and retention. Representatives are expected to independently solve issues within their scope and escalate more complex situations when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to policyholders and insurance agents
- Answer questions regarding Personal Lines insurance products
- Research and resolve policy-related issues
- Review and organize customer information
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty Producer license required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to review, record, and organize information from multiple sources
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree
- At least one year of insurance industry experience
Training Schedule
- Paid training takes place Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Attendance and active participation during training are required.
Work Schedule After Training
- Shifts will begin between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
- A weekend rotation is required. Employees will work either Saturday or Sunday and receive an alternate weekday off.
Remote Work Requirements
Company equipment is provided.
Employees must have:
- Wired internet connection
- Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps
- Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace
