Associate Trust & Safety Specialist at Hubspot
HubSpot is a marketing, sales, customer service, and CRM software company.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and review user-generated content uploaded to HubSpot
- Process inbound reports regarding malicious activity in HubSpot products
- Provide external communication and support to customers regarding HubSpot policy decisions and enforcement
- Handle high-touch escalations from internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all regional operational KPIs meet and exceed targets
- Create and maintain strong operational guidelines and documentation for global Trust & Safety reviews, including documentation to support new hires or other internal Trust & Safety stakeholders in understanding standards for reviews and enforcement decisions
- Continuously evaluate existing Trust & Safety processes for potential areas of improvement and use market- and industry-specific insights to develop scalable solutions
- Develop a deep subject-matter expertise on HubSpot's Terms of Service / Acceptable Use Policy
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for our cross-functional teams when it come to where, what, and how users create violating content on HubSpot and use this expertise to collaboratively develop solutions to Trust & Safety issues on the platform with Product, Engineering, and Legal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience within an operations environment
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Customer-focused mindset
- A passion for operations and process improvement
- An interest in Trust & Safety or user-generated content
Even better if you have:
- Fluency in another language in addition to English
- Experience with content moderation, Trust Safety, or fraud mitigation
