FedEx Logistics is seeking a remote Customs Trade Coordinator to help process import documentation and coordinate customs clearance activities for shipments entering the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Customer Support: Deliver high-level service to customers and assist with customs-related questions.

Qualifications

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 months of work experience required. At least 12 months of industry experience preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Data entry experience required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook, using multiple windows and screens.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive, high-volume tasks.
  • Problem Solving: Comfortable using multiple systems and researching information.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of customs regulations and harmonized tariff schedules preferred.
