• Identify and analyze opportunities to improve patient quality outcomes and cost of care.

• Identify opportunities for patient interventions.
• Monitor clinical documentation efforts.
• Support daily huddle and CDR workflow optimization through partnerships with regional leaders.
• Complete other assigned responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Experience with accurate and specific clinical documentation.
• Ability to work comfortably with multiple technical systems.
• Experience or expertise with Greenway, Canopy, and Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and perspectives.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare providers.
• Ability to find and use external resources such as hospital records, Blue Button, and payer data.
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Strong initiative, drive, and follow-through.
