As a Support Specialist, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate Axuall's platform and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier I customer support issues.
• Provide support through phone, email, chat, and text.
• Assist healthcare professionals and system administrators with the online application process.
• Follow established workflows for ticket triage and escalation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests.
• Track and follow up on open support cases.
• Share ideas that improve customer support processes and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Work Schedule

This is a full-time remote position with scheduled hours of:

• Monday through Friday.
• 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time.
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
