Automatiq is seeking a detail-oriented Loss Mitigation Agent to help prevent ticket order cancellations and marketplace penalties.

The role involves investigating ticket issues, sourcing replacement tickets when problems arise, communicating with marketplaces and sellers, documenting actions taken, and ensuring orders are fulfilled successfully.

This position is heavily focused on troubleshooting, research, documentation, and operational support rather than traditional customer service or sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source replacement tickets and substitute inventory to prevent order cancellations.
  • Work directly with ticket marketplaces and sellers throughout the resolution process.
  • Research order issues, review available information, and determine appropriate solutions.
