As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Shopbop, helping customers from around the world through phone, email, live chat, and other support channels.

The customer support center operates from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST, seven days a week. Employees must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak seasons.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Shopbop brand ambassador by providing world-class customer service.
- Respond to customer questions through phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Provide product information and order assistance.
- Handle domestic and international shipping inquiries.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Use multiple software systems to research and resolve customer issues.
- Work with shipping partners to help resolve delivery issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a luxury customer service environment, such as luxury retail or a contact center.
- Direct customer phone and email support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience resolving customer concerns and setting appropriate expectations.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience working in a high-volume production environment.
- Ability to work an entire shift at a computer while wearing a headset.
- Quiet home workspace with reliable wired high-speed internet using an Ethernet connection. Wi-Fi and satellite internet are not permitted.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic math skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows desktop environments.
- Strong computer, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
