Job Highlight: Seasonal Product Support Associate

Wayfinder is seeking a highly organized Product Support Associate to support users and internal teams during a busy seasonal period.

The role focuses on managing support requests, maintaining user accounts, assigning licenses, updating permissions, troubleshooting data imports, and ensuring customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

This is primarily an operations and support role rather than a customer-facing sales position.

The position is expected to run from approximately June 2026 through October 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming support requests and help reduce ticket backlogs.

Perform user additions, account updates, permission changes, and license assignments.

Provide time-sensitive support related to student and user rostering.

Track, update, and resolve requests using Salesforce workflows.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data import issues.

Conduct quality checks to ensure system accuracy.

Set up and maintain demonstration accounts.

Provide support through internal communication channels and answer operational questions.

Identify recurring issues and suggest workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Recently completed bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant customer service or technical support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and accuracy skills.
  • Communication Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Comfortable working with:
    • Spreadsheets
    • User management systems
    • Ticketing systems

Preferred Qualifications

Language Requirements

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Location

This is a fully remote position.

Employees must be located on the East Coast and available to work Eastern Time business hours.

Typical operating hours are:

Monday through Friday

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time
