At Yardi Matrix, you can get paid to call apartment complexes and gather data.
It's kind of like mystery shopping, but a little different since you are dealing with apartment data.
You will call real estate properties acting as a potential renter and gather information about retail prices in different buildings and complexes.

Yardi Matrix positions are temporary, lasting 6 weeks each.
However, if you are a successful employee you can re-apply for the next cycle and if you are doing well you will most likely be asked to return, saving them from training another newcomer.
