Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage large volumes of data into internal databases and systems
- Cross-check and validate information for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Work cross-functionally with dispatch, billing, and compliance teams
- Assist with data audits and system updates as needed
- Participate in regular virtual meetings and remote collaboration sessions
- Complete tasks efficiently while meeting daily and weekly productivity benchmarks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of prior experience in data entry or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
