Job Highlight: Operations Support Specialist
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will monitor overnight system alerts, follow troubleshooting procedures, and resolve or escalate technical issues to help ensure reliable operation of Mainspring's power systems. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, following detailed processes, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor system alerts during overnight shifts.
• Follow troubleshooting guides and decision flowcharts.
• Restart hardware systems when appropriate.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate logs of alerts and actions taken.
• Ensure issues are resolved or properly escalated.
• Provide additional shift coverage when needed, including weekends and team absences.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in operations, dispatch, customer support, or similar roles.
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems.
• Experience using dashboards or monitoring tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and provide flexible coverage.
Work Schedule
This position follows a four-day, 40-hour overnight schedule.
Available shift options include:
• Saturday through Tuesday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM Pacific Time.
• Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM Pacific Time.
