Job Highlight: Product Support Specialist

Mitratech is seeking a Product Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers through phone, email, chat, and its web-based support portal. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, providing solutions, documenting customer interactions, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer support requests through phone, chat, email, and the support portal.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues within service-level goals.
  • Identify workarounds when necessary and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Respond to issues submitted through the self-service portal.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Prioritize cases based on severity and service level agreements.
  • Help achieve monthly customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
  • Dependable and professional attitude.
  • Self-motivated with a positive mindset.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience using case management platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, or Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
