Level 1 SDR Responsibilities

  • Support and follow up with all demo, conference/stage, and webinar leads to get them to take the next step.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track warm and hot leads, as well as follow up multiple times.
  • Research and strategize to find new leads in identified areas.
  • Work with the sales team to make outbound phone calls to schedule face to face & virtual appointments. This includes establishing long-term relationships with the sales team member(s) and getting to know territory specific differences/needs.
  • Effectively keep a record of weekly activities and sales opportunities created.
  • Work with the assigned Regional Sales Team(s) to strategize each month on which districts to focus and follow up with to bring CharacterStrong’s curriculum and training resources to their district and or school.
  • Actively contribute ideas that grow CharacterStrong through weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings.
  • Specialty projects: To include but not limited to: promoting conference attendance, any/all follow ups from events and/or web leads & assistance with communication of specific events through leadership reach outs.
  • Exercises inclusion, care, and empathy with others, balances honesty with compassion, and cultivates the well-being of self and others.
  • Takes initiative to drive work forward, demonstrates responsibility when things do not go according to plan, and is proactive in closing identified gaps.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to both call and email prospective customers on a daily basis.
  • Extremely organized and consistent with strong attention to detail.
  • Thrives in an upbeat, fast-paced environment.
  • Produces timely, quality results and consistently asks the question, “How can I make this 1% better?”
  • Desired: Efficient with CRM’s, Google Suite application and other business apps like: Slack, Zoom, Notion, InfusionSoft, Quickbooks, HubSpot

Other Duties:

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary & Benefits

  • Starting Base Salary $60,000
  • Ability to work remotely or out of the office in WA state
  • Annual bonus based on company performance
