Customer Support Representative, Intuit TurboTax
Independent contractors participating in Working Solutions' Intuit TurboTax program will provide customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Customer interactions focus on software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments. In this role, you will provide an empathetic approach to customer interactions, leveraging critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities and escalating while necessary.
Schedule:
- This seasonal contract runs through April 17th, 2023

- Schedule anytime between 7 am – 11 pm CT, Monday – Sunday

Compensation:
- Earn up to $19 per productive hour (paid by the minute)*
- Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
- Peak rates apply January – April
- Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each available hour
*TurboTax peak time rate is $0.30/talk minute ($0.31/talk minute bilingual), with additional incentives for achieving key client metrics. The off-peak TurboTax rate is $0.26/talk minute ($0.27/talk minute bilingual) plus incentives.

Important Information
Technology & Equipment Requirements:

Working Solutions travel program supports a global travel, hospitality, and leisure management group. Independent contractors participating in this program will provide attentive and personalized customer support to assist customers who are experiencing changes to their travel plans while they are traveling. Strong working knowledge of GDS software (Native Sabre, Worldspan, and/or Amadeus) is essential to this role.
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule opportunities
- Available anytime Monday through Sunday between 5 am and 6 pm CST, and may expand to 24×7
Compensation:
- Earn up to $21.60 per productive hour worked (paid by the minute worked, up to 60 minutes per hour for the maximum rate)

Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of GDS software REQUIRED (Native Sabre, Worldspan, and/or Amadeus)
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer care
- Friendly, compassionate tone and professional demeanor
- Experience providing accurate domestic and international routing and pricing (and re-routing and re-pricing) information to facilitate customer decisions on itinerary changes and ticketing options.
- Experience modifying travel reservations including but not limited to hotel reservations, airfare, transportation, and excursions. Contractors will need to know the ins and outs of the resorts/parks/services offered to connect all of the pieces for the customer.
