Inbound SDR

As an Inbound SDR, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team.  This is a unique experience in that you’ll work on the cutting edge of product-led sales.  As such, you’ll partner closely with both our Account Executives and our Growth Team.

You’ll excel in this role if you’re comfortable with rapid experimentation, have a customer-first mentality, and are excited by the prospect of working cross-functionally.

 🚀 What you’ll do

  • Contact, qualify, demo, & escalate inbound prospects through our product-led Free Trial inbound funnel
  • Add sales-led value on top of our (primarily) self-serve experience – most of your conversations will be equal parts (1) discovery, (2) qualification, & (3) product demo
  • Research inbound companies and individuals to personalize your talk track
  • Uncover business needs to recommend Uscreen as a solution
  • Partner with our Account Executives to drive new sales by identifying & escalating the highest value prospects
  • Partner with our Growth Team to improve the product-led sales customer experience – where we help customers to see and experience the value of the product as a means to sell them
  • Ability to hit and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system

🔥 Do you have what it takes?

  • 1+ years of demand generation/sales experience OR an ambitious recent graduate
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and experiment with ways to drive more efficiency that also improve customer experiences
  • Basic knowledge of, and passion for, product-led sales
  • Excellent video conference, phone, sales, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated interest in the SaaS, online video, and influencer industries
  • High sense of urgency and ability to be flexible given the situation
  • Willing to work as a team and put the team first
  • Growth mindset and a positive attitude

As an Outbound SDR, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team. We are a remote-first company, so we value highly the ability to work autonomously, be self-driven, and stay productive.

  • Prospect creators, founders, & CEOs who meet our criteria as potential successful Uscreen customers
  • Research companies and individuals to develop customer profiles for prospecting
  • Uncover business needs to recommend Uscreen as a solution
  • Ability to hit and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive new sales
