What You'll Do:
- Respond to customers via email using a conversational and helpful tone.
- Propose edits and additions to FAQs and internal knowledge base.
- Suggest opportunities for our product team to make our customers happy.
- Offer ideas to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience in a Customer Support role
- Exceptional writing skills (be clear and concise)
- Experience working remotely
Hours
- 8am-8pm MST
- This position works on a rotating two-week schedule as follows:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
