Healthcare Customer Service Rep
Our fast-growing dermatology group is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The successful CSR will be providing excellent customer service for our patients and our partner practices. He or she will be in communication with multiple departments and practices regarding all aspects of the patient experience from questions about a bill to collecting on a past due balance. This is a fully REMOTE position.
Job Description
Duties:
- Answer 40-50 inbound calls per day.
- Take payments.
- Update demographics
- Provide claim status.
- Explain copays/deductibles.
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication
- Phone etiquette
- Problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Self-Managed
- Keen attention to detail
- Healthcare experience
- Ability to simultaneously use multiple programs.

Experience:
