What will your day-to-day look like?

Hubstaff Customer Support Representatives respond to customer requests over email in our ticketing system, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing. CSRs report to our EMEA team leader and work collaboratively with our global team of Support Professionals.

  • Has experience with Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux operating systems
  • Demonstrates an ability to determine solutions to complex problems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in customer support and 100% remote roles (SaaS Support experience – Mandatory)
  • Relevant experience working with a vast number of different software/platforms.
  • Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues.
  • You have an organized workplace with a modern enough computer and webcam, preferably a good microphone/headset, stable and high-speed internet, and an environment that allows you to conduct professional presentations with minimal interruption.
  • While Hubstaff's working hours are flexible to your requirements, this role will be hired into the typical WET timezone (9 am—5 pm working hours, Monday to Friday in Portugal).

  • We are looking for someone based in Portugal for this particular position. This is a fully remote position, and the professional can expect some flexibility in their day-to-day. The typical schedule will be between 9 am and 5 pm WET (Portugal timezone). Providing a good work-life balance to our professionals is part of our core values.
  • This is a Full-Time position, and the professional can be hired as an employee or contractor.
  • If you are an employee, that will be through an EOR, and the monthly salary expected is EUR 1900 (gross). According to Portuguese labor laws, the professional will also receive the 13 and 14 months. Additional benefits include a meal voucher, annual bonuses to cover expenses with equipment or training, yearly salary increases (performance reviews), access to a technical career path inside the Support team, and the opportunity to work in a 100% remote worldwide company.
  • If you prefer to be hired as a contractor, the payment will be hourly (USD 19/Hour).
  • We get the whole team together on our Annual Retreats to have fun while traveling and getting to know each other! So, while 2020 had us virtually meeting because of the pandemic, we met in person in the Dominican Republic in 2022, in Mexico in 2023, and in Spain – Ibiza in September of this year.
