What you'll do:
Answer clients over Intercom chat and email. Help them learn the ins and outs of Buildr, walk them through issues from start to finish, and provide resources to them from our help center for further assistance when needed
Assist with product direction by tagging conversations
Report bugs and client feedback to our product team
Work with the manager of customer support to make sure clients are heard, valued, and supported in their use of Buildr products
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently
Ability to communicate clearly over chat in a manner that is empathetic, personable, professional, and fun
Technical aptitude – ability to use Google suite, Slack, and web/mobile applications
Consistent work schedule – Thursday/Friday from 9am to 5pm PST is a plus
