Results-driven independent contractors needed to support customers of a nationwide youth sporting league. In this contract, you'll assist customers seeking information about sports leagues, camps, and clinics for children ages 3-17. Contractors supporting this program will take incoming calls from customers and make outbound call backs to customers and athletic directors.

Earnings Potential
- Earn up to $16.20 per hour.
- Paid per talk minute, with a minimum guarantee of 39 minutes per hour.
Schedule
- Client hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-9:00pm CST, and Saturday, 7:00am-1:00pm CST; Sunday hours may be available during busy registration seasons.
- You create your own schedule – select the available hours that are convenient for you.
- You can schedule time in a little as 15-minute increments giving you a ton of flexibility!
Skills Needed
- Strong sales background and willing to upsell popular items
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Independent problem solver to research league options and locations
- Experience with youth or league sports is a plus

- Organized desk area

- Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)

Important Information
Contractors on this program must live in and work from within the United States or Canada. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
