How I avoid scams
To avoid scams, I personally vet these companies beforehand and make sure they are legitimate.
I also make sure to link directly to the associated job service they use through their official website.
On top of that, I don't just let anyone pay to post a job on here, which is how a lot of job boards end up with scams these days.
