If I was to tell you the reason that you aren't successful yet, is because of who you hang around with, you would probably deny that. it couldn't possibly be your friends' faults could it?

Well, it isn't entirely their fault. The reason you may not be successful is probably a combination of many factors. One of those factors is probably that you aren't surrounding yourself with successful people.

Look around you. Who do you spend the most time with? Look at your friends, family, mentors, coworkers, etc. Are any of them successful or have reached the goals you want to reach?

Brainstorm a little bit. Get out a piece of paper and a pen and write down who the 5 people you spend the most time with are. Now write down an estimate next to their names of how much they make.

If it's not where you want to be, that means if you are taking financial advice from them, you need to stop. You need to find some mentors or connections to help you that have been where you want to be.

Where Do You Find These Successful Connections?

Well that's an easy question. You find them on the internet. I wasn't suggesting you go replace those 5 people you spend time with, just don't take financial or business advice from them anymore.

Notice what is keeping them from being successful and make sure you learn from that and don't make the same mistakes. Go online and find people who have what you want.

The best case scenario would be to join a team of successful people with similar goals to yours. That's what's so great about network marketing companies because you're a team of entrepreneurs all in it together.

What Is Network Marketing?

Network marketing is the perfect industry online to work with great mentors and like-minded people similar to you. Be careful in your search though and do your research before you join someone because many companies have given the industry a bad name because of a lack of culture.

Be very careful with who you join and what company you partner with because the industry has changed a lot. You need to find a mentor to join that is actually accessible to you if you need to talk to them.

You need a company that has great owners, culture, integrity, products that actually help you, etc. But, when all is said and done, network marketing is where you go as a new entrepreneur to learn from the best and surround yourself with successful people.

All you have to do is get on a great team of like-minded people such as yourself and spend more time learning from them, so you can get what you want.
