Customer Experience Agent at Splice
Splice is a cloud-based music creation and collaboration platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to handle a diverse range of inquiries from our users.
- Engage with our customers via email, “real-time chat”, and our knowledge base.
- Report technical bugs to our product and engineering teams.
- Identify problems and friction points for our users, then help come up with solutions.
- Draw on your understanding of music creation in order to help our users achieve their creative goals.

In accordance with New York law, the salary range for this role if filled within New York is $52,500 – $67,500. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
