Customer Experience Agent at Splice

Splice is a cloud-based music creation and collaboration platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with our Product Specialist and Customer Experience Manager to handle a diverse range of inquiries from our users.
  • Engage with our customers via email, “real-time chat”, and our knowledge base.
  • Report technical bugs to our product and engineering teams.
  • Identify problems and friction points for our users, then help come up with solutions.
  • Draw on your understanding of music creation in order to help our users achieve their creative goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • A team player who is energized by working with others
  • A highly motivated self starter
  • Able to flourish in a high volume work environment

In accordance with New York law, the salary range for this role if filled within New York is $52,500 – $67,500. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
