Data Processing Specialist, is responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in digital databases. Their duties include inputting data from paper documents or raw digital data into formatted forms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Examine invoices and purchase orders then accurately enter data into proprietary systems in a timely manner
- Consistently complete work with extreme accuracy
- Ensure that all necessary documents and information required for service completion have been provided
- Carefully examine and cross reference all documents for information necessary to complete services including but not limited to completeness and quality
- Respond to co-worker and client questions
- Other duties as required
Requirements & Skills:
- Expert computer skills (Typing, Data Entry, Internet Searches, Email)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

About the Role:
The Scheduler’s primary responsibility is to input and maintain clinician schedules by pulling external EHR systems schedules and inputting the schedules into Augmedix’s internal scheduling system. As part of the staffing team, this role will also work cross functionally with the training and operations teams to identify potential staffing options for new and existing clinicians. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a dynamic environment, is detail oriented, and possesses a positive, can-do attitude that exudes a passion for the Augmedix mission.
Responsibilities:
- Extract clinician schedules from various external scheduling tools to input into Augmedix scheduling system
- Ensure high data integrity to support operational and financial outcomes related to scheduling
- Monitor and assess variations between scheduling and usage data
- Partner with staffing liaisons to identify and follow up on appropriate staffing matches for new implementations, reassignments, and transitions
Requirements:

- Experience with data entry a plus
