As a Learner, Social & Community, you will support day-to-day content creation, community management and social media strategy for Chomps' social media channels. You will be responsible for monitoring social media trends and assisting us in growing our community and reaching our 2025 goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Create and schedule daily posts, stories, and engaging content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement to grow our social community and reach our monthly benchmarks.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers to build a positive online community for Chomps.
- Proactively comment on trendy conversations and like-minded brands' social posts to deepen brand love and banter initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and ensure consistency with brand messaging.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support Chomps' initiatives and business objectives as needed.
- Assist with social media send-outs, giveaways and surprise-and-delight opportunities.
- Track social media metrics, assist with weekly and monthly reporting, and provide insights on performance and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest new strategies to enhance the brand's online presence.
- Help create and implement social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and promotions to increase engagement.
- Support the social media team in any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Who You Are
- Previous experience or coursework in Brand Marketing or related field, preferably in food, CPG industry and/or grocery/natural is preferred
- Result oriented. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Familiarity with priority social platforms and measurement tools (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter, and SproutSocial) and turning insights into actions
- Outstanding communication (both verbal and written) and partnerships management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Pay Range Opportunity:
- The pay range for this role is $20 – $25 per hour
- Weekly hours required: 20 – 28 hours
- This is a part-time 6 month temporary, non-exempt position with potential opportunity for extension and/or to turn into full-time opportunity based on business needs
