Note: These jobs were active at the time I wrote this. If the link doesn't work, the company most likely filled the job or stopped taking applications.

Happiness Engineer at Automattic

This is a worldwide job that is offering $40,000-$68,000/year.

They are looking for experience with WordPress and some sort of customer support, but don't mention a set number of years being required.

“We view support as a long-term career, not a stepping stone. Some of our most valued HEs have been here for a decade or more. We also strongly believe in growing and challenging our employees, and we promote internally for leadership (including senior leadership). In addition to leadership, Happiness work spans a broad range of functions, and new teams and roles are being introduced on a regular basis. In this role, you’ll have many opportunities to build new skillsets and to work on new initiatives with product, marketing, talent, data, and more. Our Happiness Engineers have transitioned to roles in every possible capacity, both within Happiness and all across Automattic.”

Contents Evaluator Associate at Sedgwick

This is a $19-$20/hour remote job in the US.

They're looking for about 1 year of customer service experience, but don't seem to require a degree.

Your primary purpose is to “evaluate content inventories and assist in the research of personal property claims.”

Content Specialist at One Model

This is a content creation job that pays $85,000-$95,000/year, while being based in the US.

“One Model is hiring for an agile Content Marketing Specialist who thrives on high-speed execution and newsjacking. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing & Enablement, you will be the engine that converts our GTM strategy and executive insights into a multi-channel content machine. You are a content multiplier who can take a strategic blueprint or an interview with an expert and turn it into a month's worth of blogs, videos, social posts, and ad copy.”
