Responsibilities
This position is responsible for maintaining the Accounts Payable Processing System; ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and properly documented; maintaining and documenting relationships with all vendors, contractors and employees. Oversee the Accounts Payable 1099 process.
- Verify supplier W9 information is accurate and up to date
- Knowledge and understanding of the 1099 process
- Review reporting for filling accuracy to Ensure IRS Form 1099 is prepared for all appropriate vendors at calendar year end
- Knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office along with ERP systems
- Collaborate with business partners and suppliers to resolve issue
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
- Detail-oriented, knowledge of accounts payable procedures and financial reporting practices, understanding of software and database systems and excellent verbal and written communication skills
