Manager, Regional Program Management

Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering (RME) is hiring for Program Managers!

The Program Manager will direct a team of facilities associates, as well as potentially supervise Area Maintenance Managers and will ensure a safe working environment for all.


Key job responsibilities
• Support the Operations team by working in a safe, customer-focused manner
• Develop and design innovative solutions to difficult problems
• Handle multiple internally and externally sponsored projects
• Meet deadlines, develop and track plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals
• Work with local site Safety Department leadership to understand, implement and audit safety programs. Ensure that all safety programs and procedures are followed
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs that integrate with Operations schedules.
• Facilitate and mentor the professional development of departmental Maintenance technicians to empower them achieve their advancement goals
• Participate in and support efficiency improvement Kaizen activities for the site, as well as the network when needed.
• Participate in weekly network Maintenance calls and periodic Maintenance Manager conferences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $110,900/year in our highest geographic market.
