Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Must possess one of the following licenses: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • 3 years psychotherapy experience required 
  • Experience with virtual care and/or telehealth
  • Must maintain good standing with commercial insurance providers and be eligible for paneling
  • Demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise clinical documentation that meets program standards

Earn up to $36.55/hr 

Full-time, flexible schedule (some evenings required), fully remote.

Position Details:

The Licensed Outpatient Therapist provides psychotherapy, other mental health treatment methods, and client service management within an outpatient mental health clinic via telehealth. Duties include:

  • Conducting outpatient individual, group, and family therapy services to clients with mental health issues.
  • Provides crisis intervention or emergency evaluation services as needed.
  • Analyzes results of assessments to form a clinical case conceptualization and develop a comprehensive treatment plan with the identified individual and family members as a means of directing treatment.
  • Collaborates with individuals served, families and extended supports to develop and implement treatment plan goals.
  • Monitor record keeping and authorized units remaining, ensure that client charts are up-to- date and include all necessary documentation, including documentation of significant incidents within 24 hours as needed (incident reports) and non-billable activities.
  • Provides weekly schedules to include all client sessions, supervisions, community meetings and trainings and daily units as requested.
  • Provides input into development of program goals and objectives.
  • Participates in Merakey quality improvement/quality assurance.
  • Participates and completes all trainings as assigned, including clinical and didactic trainings scheduled by the designated training center.
  • Perform case management duties as needed, to assure continuity and completeness of care to clients on caseload.
