An inbound sales agent engages with potential customers who have shown interest in a product or service, addressing their inquiries and guiding them towards a purchase. They excel in communication, empathy, and problem- solving, effectively handling objections and identifying upselling opportunities
Calls Typically Available:
- 7 days a week; 24 hours a day
- Hours may vary based on client availability and business needs.
- Recommended: 5+ hours/week
