Customer Success Associate, Retention at Grow Therapy

What You’ll Be Doing:
We are looking for an organized, personable and empathetic candidate excited to elevate our customer experience by keeping Grow Therapy therapists engaged and ensuring they receive the value they expect from the platform. This customer success manager will help our team better understand and reduce churn, and they’ll own communications with hundreds of therapists on the platform, building and strengthening relationships.
Some of the first projects you’ll tackle:
- Conducting group and individual onboarding calls for new therapists
- Reaching out, checking-in and handling therapist communications related to the platform
- Minimizing churn by keeping our therapists informed and engaged
- Working with the operations teams to create strategic initiatives
Salary range: 62K – 70K
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You excel at time management, and you’re known among colleagues as highly organized; you’re excited about the prospect of organizing your time to manage relationships with dozens or hundreds of customers
- You’re a people person who enjoys building customer relationships and helping people learn something new
- You have 2+ years of work experience, with at least a year of full-time experience working with customers, preferably as a customer success manager, account manager, or account executive with 100+ clients
- You’re good with technology and a fast learner, as our platform is constantly evolving
- You work well with others and are adaptable in a fast paced startup environment
- You want to jumpstart your career in customer success, or in the startup world
