Data Analyst at TeamSnap

TeamSnap believes in the power of data to produce great business results, and we’re looking for a data analyst who can help us do just that.  TeamSnap has a wealth of data today — spanning mobile and web experiences, sales conversion, payments, advertising, marketing, and more. We need an experienced Data Analyst who can help the B2C and B2B Team organize and maintain that data, as well as translate it into action through analyses, modeling, and data visualization dashboards. We expect this individual to be a true partner to our senior business leaders. Thus, critical thinking and strong communication skills will be essential for success. This role will report to the Lead Data Analyst on our B2C team.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the business to consult on the performance of KPIs to help decision making and find new ways to utilize data to drive business outcomes.
  • Convert descriptive analytics and data activation into actionable insights, joining insights across our mobile and web experiences.
  • Create and manage reporting, visualizations, and dashboards to support our lines of business.
  • Deliver insights and reports to marketing, including campaign performance, case studies, audience insights, and other key metrics that could be used for customer acquisition or thought leadership content.
  • Responsible for data transformations pertaining to any business logic for data pipelines. 
  • Deliver performance insights to help influence the prioritization of the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate and confer with peers, managers and leadership to resolve issues and achieve goals. Stakeholders include data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Marketing and Product.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a data analytics role
  • Advanced SQL knowledge: experience with advanced querying and data transformation
  • Experience working with Tableau, Mode, Looker, or other business intelligence platforms
  • Experience working with BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, or other warehousing solutions (we are a GCP shop)
  • Experience with dbt or similar tool for data transformation
  • Experience wrangling imperfect data sets
  • Prior experience analyzing product, marketing, and customer data with some experience doing statistical analysis and a basic understanding of statistical modeling concepts
  • The ability to distill raw data and quantitative analysis into business information and insight
  • Proactive approach to providing insight that results from intellectual curiosity and an understanding of our customers, products, and strategic objectives

Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The minimum starting point for this role is $80,000 inclusive of base and bonus, with comp updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

Associate Analyst, Customer Data (REMOTE)

Company Description

The Associate Analyst, Customer Data is responsible for supporting the Personalization Marketing Analytics team with campaign development, analysis, and data-driven insights; enabling the creation and execution of actions that drive increased revenues and margins. This position is responsible for pulling customer segments for direct marketing campaigns (email, SMS etc.) that maximize ROI. This position will support all aspects of individual campaign set up including offer set up, audience selection, testing plans, quality assurance and program performance measurement activities. This position is also responsible for supporting analysis of customer data to generate insights which improve the customer experience and drive customer acquisition, sales and retention.

What Will You Be Doing? 

  • Support of ideation, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns designed to reduce deactivations, drive loyalty, and increase revenues
  • Query customer database to compile customer files for activation and analyze test results.
  • Coordination with cross-functional and vendor teams to ensure flawless marketing campaign delivery; including database targeting & data quality, legal, accounting, etc.
  • Help ensure all campaigns are set up and executed according to appropriate specifications and rules 
  • Development of standard reports and presentations on all campaign key performance indicators
  • Track ongoing success metrics for various customer marketing initiatives and relate them to return on investment
  • Ensure that disparate customer marketing projects are linked in terms of data, processes, skills, and deployment methods

What Do You Need To Bring? 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of data analytics, customer data, or other related experience 
  • Familiarity with querying languages, database structures and Microsoft Office Solutions, particularly Excel and PPT
  • 2-3 years of SQL experience required; SnowSQL and PowerBI experience preferred
  • Must have attention to detail with a strong focus on analytics
  • Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills
  • Highly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to dig deeper to find the why and identify key trends/ themes

Project Analyst Construction at Windstream

About the Role:

As a Project Analyst, you will utilize MS Office Suite applications to analyze data related to construction projects making recommendations based on these data sets. Most of your time will be spent planning, forecasting, sequencing, and prioritizing jobs for contractor resources. Another major component of this role will be spent utilizing systems and analyzing reports to help managers and leadership monitor KPIs and measure productivity levels.

This challenging, fast-paced work environment requires attention to detail and the ability to gather and analyze data making accurate recommendations. To be effective you will need to learn the tools and applications specific to Windstream such as, EPM (QuickBase Software Solution), Job Trac, and more.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and regulatory approvals have been obtained before construction work begins.
  • You will work with contractors to sequence and prioritize construction jobs based on project timelines and other requirements.
  • You will track and communicate with service delivery the start of construction activities documenting progress, roadblocks, and milestones along the way.
  • You will document, communicate, and track the completion of construction and communicate this with service delivery teams, including the estimated completion date (ECD) for each project.
  • You will ensure that all necessary testing has been completed and that projects have been successfully handed off to the service delivery team with fiber assignments.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for vendor on all communication related to the estimated completion date (ECD) or project delays while projects are in construction.
