Nova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill a fully remote position within our plan terminations department. This role is perfect for you if you are a problem-solver who enjoys communicating with customers. Although welcome, industry experience is not necessary, and paid training will be provided. The position offers a 37.5 work week and includes a competitive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.


Nova 401(k) Associates is a rapidly growing national third-party administration firm providing administrative services to companies sponsoring 401(k), pension, and other qualified retirement plans. We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide advancement opportunities for our professionals.
 

Job Responsibilities (after paid training period):

  • Development of a working knowledge of qualified retirement plan termination procedures
  • Answer questions over the phone or via email
  • Work with clients who are terminating their 401(k) plan
  • Coordinate with retirement partners to ensure a smooth and timely plan termination
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Prior customer service experience a plus
  • Coachable and committed to professional development
  • Comfortable with communicating with clients and advisors in a variety of media including: Microsoft Teams Meetings, conference calls, one-on-one phone calls, and email

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range – $50,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience, education, and skills)
